Steps first With the router turned on, press and hold the Reset button for 30 seconds. The physical Reset button is on the outside of the router, usually on the back of the router, next to the internet ports.

Steps Seconds Continue to hold the Reset button while you unplug the router for 30 seconds.

Step Third Still holding the Reset button, power on the router and hold for another 30 seconds.

Step fourth Release the Reset button.
